Correct
Your Life
Toward the end of the 19th
century, Swedish chemist
Alfred Nobel woke up and
read his death notice in
the newspaper!
The words were,
"Alfred Nobel, the inventor
of dynamite,who died yesterday,
devised a way for more people to
be killed in a war than ever
before. He died a rich
man."
The newspaper did a misprint!
It was Alfred's older brother
who had passed away.
The impact of those words
touch Nobel in a deep way.
He decided he wanted to be
known for something other
than making a means to kill
people and gaining a fortune
in the process.
So he started the Nobel
Prize. This would be an
award for scientists and
writers who foster peace.
Alfred Nobel said, "Every
man ought to have the chance
to correct their life in mid-
stream and write a new
one."
Have you ever wanted to
start over again?
Would you like a new life?
I know the power of love.
Love can change the human
heart, attitude and behavoir.
Love can help you from the
inside and outside.
My middle school classmate
Fred Hammond wrote these words
about the power of love,
"When love calls you home.
Forgiveness erases the
mistakes you once owned.
All the mistakes that carried
your name are gone. That's
what happens when love, calls
you home."
You can correct your life.
Look to God and dear people
who love you. You can start
new! Begin again! Dream
again! Sing again!
You can correct your life.
I did, so can you.
