It
looks like a Mess!
One of my friends named Fred had a great life experience!
Years ago he was at the Detroit, Michigan home of Paul Kolada.
Fred shares the experience of watching Paul's gift unfold:
"I remember how he would start his paintings! Paul would first pencil
in guidelines on a blank canvas. To me it seemed like scratches. Then
came gobs of paint literally smeared all over! 'Paul,' I said, "It looks like
a mess, what are you painting?'
Paul gave a quick glance and reported, 'Patience Fred, it takes time -
you'll see.'
In a matter of hours he skillfully blended in the pigments, adding some
dark and then some bright. Finally, out of a 'mess' emerged a gorgeous
landscape."
Now in his later years Fred knows life is a painting in the works!
The bright early childhood discovery days of sunrise! The high noon seasons
that will peak with responsibilities of marriage, family and work. Now the
twilight years with sunsets glow that carry that past memories with
wonderful shadows!
The dream in your heart, choices you make, and people you put in your life
will create your life's portrait.
What you blend together is what you become! Remember, "Patience...it
takes time, you'll see."
Fred knows the big picture. All through his life he encouraged others with
brush strokes of the color called love! In the latter years, he gives care
to
his dear wife Stella, ill with Alzheimer's.
Sections of your life may feel "like a mess." Get the right guidelines and
blend!
Ephesians 2:10 (LB) says, "It is God himself who has made us what we are
and given us new lives from Christ Jesus; and long ages ago he planned what
we should spend these lives in helping others."
Your a priceless work of art!
Use the right guidelines, colors and blend!
It won't be a mess!
