REACT OR RESPOND!

Eleanor Roosevelt once stated,
"No one can make you feel
inferior without your consent."

"He was not a popular guy," a
student said this week of 18
year-old Jason Hoffman, "I
heard he was picked on."

On Thursday, Jason opened fire
with a shotgun outside Granite
Hills High School, El Cajon, CA.
Ten people suffered wounds and
injuries.

What caused Jason to attack?

He gave his consent to be backed
into a small corner in his mind. He
could only shoot his way out.

People always seem to label
and define others.  What some
say and don't say, really doesn't
give the full description of who
a person is and what they can
be!

When you believe what people
say about you, you turn your
definition of self to those that
know you the least.

People that lose belief in self
lose strength of:
* positive attitude;
* confidence;
* their DREAM.

One can forget the big picture
and simply react to feelings of
the moment:
* revenge;
* insecurity;
* rejection.

Jason didn't RESPOND in strength,
he REACTED in weakness.

Maybe he was beaten down by
peoples words and life's pressure.

Have you ever had feelings about
yourself, you wish you never had?

Have you ever done something
(because you felt those negative
feelings) you wish you never did?

When harsh words and adversity
come to you...stay calm, and
find people of excellence to help
you find solutions!

It's time for you to give your
consent to be superior not inferior!

RESPOND don't REACT!
